COVID-19

Like most of you, we have been paying close attention to the rapidly changing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our main priority has always been the health and safety of our staff and clients, as well as our community. To play our part in reducing the spread of the virus, we have temporarily closed our physical office for the foreseeable future.

The good news is that most of our staff, including our Support and Customer Service teams, will be available remotely during this time, during regular business hours (8am–5pm, Monday–Friday). We can be reached by email (support@thinkdox.com), or through Microsoft Teams, Skype, or by cellphone. We will be picking up voicemails from our support line but a slight delay in responding may occur.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and look forward to returning to business as usual in the near future.
