Implementation Plan
While the actual time will vary based on many factors, our implementations follow a four phase approach as outlined in the diagram.
Each phase has three critical sub-steps:
- Phase planning – the key project management and alignment activities.
- Information management strategy – ensuring that user needs are part of the process for each phase.
- Technical implementation of the Laserfiche software – based on your needs, we can then configure the system to meet them.
Where possible, and advantageous, the information management and technical implementation will be done concurrently.
